Winemakers & brothers Ruben Felix and Phillip Caspar founded Felix Caspar Wines in 2017, releasing their first vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon. That wine became the “Murray,” which is now produced each year alongside a distinct range of single-block and single-variety wines.
The brothers like to keep things simple; they grow and hand pick beautiful fruit from their Margaret River vineyards. Forget the complex use of additive based processing, implement traditional hand-made winemaking techniques and you’ve got yourself a Felix Caspar wine.
We’re spicing things up this Strange Tables by welcoming the brothers to join us for the whole evening! Pop by from 4pm for a public tasting, before sitting yourself down for a curated 5 course meal by Zane Morrison (formerly of South Freo favourite Madalena’s Bar) paired with our favourite Felix Caspar picks.
Then stick around into the evening as Skin Contact & PJ Caspar take over the vinyl and plays us into the weekend.
