Fremantle’s historic streets will burst to life as a world stage over the Easter long weekend as the world's best street theatre returns with the Fremantle International Street Arts Festival!

Watch leading international artists and returning festival favourites when they descend on the port city from April 7 – 10 to surprise, delight and shock during this four-day festival.

With a program of staged events a well as roving performers and buskers, there is no shortage of entertainment on offer. Here are our top 5 unmissable shows to inspire your visit. 

1. NIGHT SHOW

A street cabaret of astounding FISAF artists, hosted by show-stealing MCs – Mat Ricardo (Sat) and Joel Salom & Erik the Dog (Sun). This fast-paced extravaganza delivers a cavalcade of comedy gold, explosive acrobatics, circus artistry and high-speed fun.

NEW! Behind-the-Scenes Walking Tour

The Behind the Scenes Tour offers an exciting new way to experience Australasia's largest street arts festival.

Get an insider’s perspective of festival preparations, and spontaneous interactions with performers amidst some of Fremantle’s iconic landmarks. Your exclusive tour will culminate in a ringside seat to a final street theatre performance at one of Fremantle’s newest garden venues, accompanied by drinks and refreshments.

The Behind the Scenes Walking Tour departs from Fremantle Visitor Centre in Walyalup Koort. Tours are scheduled for two departure times over the weekend, 12 noon and 3pm on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
