Manuka celebrates the age-old tradition of cooking simply with fire using a simple, rustic approach to create a well thought out menu championing our local farmers and producers.
Manuka Woodfire Kitchen is a fully licensed restaurant with alfresco serving local wine, craft beer, cider and spirits. The woodfire oven and the open flames create simple yet innovative woodfired fare. Sourcing local, seasonal produce from our WA growers and producers whilst supporting ethical and sustainable farming.
The name Manuka comes from fond childhood memories of growing up in New Zealand collecting manuka firewood on Kawau Island, creating a dining space which is both inviting and comfortably casual.
Walk-ins welcome, bookings recommended. Last orders 9 pm.
