Hand embroidery is making a comeback, and just like lawn bowls, we are here for it!
Join us for a relaxing Sunday Crafternoon to slow down, chat with new friends and switch off screens. Learn the basics of hand embroidery and make your own Containbow Cap. Everything’s provided, including your cap, hoop, thread, needle, and a stick-and-stitch pattern by local embroidery artist Lindsay Stitches. If you don't finish your embroidery in three hours, we'll make sure you go home with everything you need. Stitch and sip with us at the Bowlo!

No experience needed. Kids are welcome with supervision. Come solo and meet new people.
Snacks and drinks available at the bar. Food truck 'Pickled Octopus' will be serving up the freshest fish and chips in Freo.
This class is run by a volunteer and the fee covers the cost of materials.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot make it at the last minute, you are more than welcome to collect your kit and DIY or pass your tickets onto a friend.
