Wild Bakery

Walking into Wild Bakery in South Fremantle is like stepping straight into a classic French boulangerie bakery. This artisan bakery has built a loyal following since it opened in 2013.

Breads are naturally fermented sourdoughs and are lighter and easier to digest than many other breads. The business has grown to offer an impressive range of bread, croissants, sweet and savory pastries including macaroons, pies, sausage rolls and their famous pizza slices and gluten free options. All with their own Wild influence, which includes using the best ingredients they can source, including beef from grassfed cows, biodynamic stoneground flours in many of the breads and only using butter in the pastries.

Their mission is to provide true flavours and promote the enjoyment of real food, whilst staying in touch with our customers and adapting to their needs.

Swing by and grab yourself a coffee and enjoy one of their patisserie or unique deserts on offer, like their chai latte macaron! You'll spot the crowds milling around the yellow front door. You can also find them at Freo Farmers Market every Sunday from 8 am-12 noon.

What people are saying

"It’s hard to say where the best croissant is because we have so many good bakeries in [Fremantle], but I do love the pain au chocolat from Wild Bakery." Scarlett Stevens, San Cisco (broadsheet.com.au)
