The Australian Women’s Match Racing Championship returns to Fremantle Sailing Club from 10 to 13 September 2026, bringing four days of exciting, close to shore sailing action to the heart of Fremantle.
Watch Australia’s top female sailors go head to head in a series of fast paced, tactical races just off Bathers Beach, with teams competing in identical Elliott 7 yachts. Match racing is one of the most dynamic forms of sailing, where boats race one on one in a test of skill, strategy and split second decision making.
With racing taking place close to shore, spectators can enjoy all the action from Fremantle’s waterfront, making it a great day out for sailing fans and visitors alike.
