Lead by Head Chef Kurt Sampson, Propeller's menus is designed for sharing and feasting. It's a unique take on the bold, spiced flavours of the Middle East and Levantine regions.

Propeller has been established in an old bus mechanics shed built on what used to be the botanical garden for the former North Fremantle Town Hall in the heart of the North Fremantle village.

Split over a number of different sections, Propeller offers both indoor and outdoor dining and their aim is to become the “village square”. A place where people come to eat, drink and have good conversation. They are fully licensed with capacity for 150 patrons.

Open for lunch and dinner from 11.30 am Wednesday to Sunday and take bookings whilst always keeping enough seats for walk-ins.
