Jack Davies Trio at Fremantle Town Hall

This Friday the 30th of January, from 7pm, at Fremantle Town Hall, Walyalup on Whadjuk country. Join us for an intimate evening of music and stories as West Australian folk singer Jack Davies performs live with the shimmering harmonies of Anna Schneider and Claud Tero. The trio will be performing songs from their new album “A Gust Of Wind Knocks Off My Hat”, as well as a few older favourites. There will be seating available, and a small and potentially understocked bar, with opening sets from the very wonderful and newly Lutruwita/tasmania based Claudie Joy with string Quartet, as well as the beloved “Bug” of folk music, Alexander Beetle, based on Pinjareb/Wilman Boodja, Dwellingup. Records and CDs will also be on sale (thanks to Flippin’ Yeah Records for mailing them over).
