Handmade, small-batch, and seriously sought-after, La Delizia Latticini is the name behind Perth’s best fresh cheese. Founded by Dom and Kirsty Boccia with cheesemaker Antonio Caroli, they’ve been raising the bar since 2020.
We’ve teamed up with the crew at La Delizia Latticini for a dinner starring their signature cheeses. All made the traditional way and with some of the best milk in the world! Cheesy-goodness layered into vibrant, flavour-packed dishes across four courses and dessert.
