RATES From this website, bookings must be a minimum of 2 nights-stay. Weekly bookings (7 days +) are charged at significantly lower rates. Rates may vary depending on whether you choose our low, mid or high season periods.

PEAK PERIODS Peak periods are defined as mid or high season periods. They cover Easter, popular long weekends, festival and special event weekends and the Christmas School Holidays.

High Season : 30th March - 2nd April 2018, 2nd - 4th November 2018, 15th - 18th November 2018, 14th December 2018 - 12th January 2019

This apartment is extensive. It comprises of a large living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor and another separate lounge area on the first floor. Each living/lounge area has its own Plasma TV set-up. As well, this apartment has an additional large family room where the double sofa bed is located. The clear advantage of these separate large living areas is that it allows adults & children or different groups holidaying together to have their own much-needed separate relaxation/entertainment areas.

Cancellation Policy

A $50 administration fee applies to all cancellations for the managing agent of Seine Bay Apartments.

All REFUNDS will be calculated on the Booking Amount paid MINUS the Visitor Centre/BookEasy's cancellation fee and 12.5 % commission amount and MINUS the $50 administration fee.

Bookings in non-peak periods will receive an 80% refund of monies paid after deduction of administration and commission fees when at LEAST 1 WEEKS notice is given prior to arrival date. No refund will be given on less than 1 weeks notice unless accommodation can be re-booked.

For bookings made in our peak (mid and high season) periods no refunds will be given unless accommodation can be re-booked.
