A one bedroom executive apartment that sleeps up to three guests, with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. A separate office enclave with inner-sprung sofa bed and separate access to the ensuite bathroom can sleep the third guest. For those with infants, a porta-cot and high chair available free of charge on request but must be booked in advance. Please bring your own baby linen. Bannister Square has secure entry and a lift for ease of access. This property comes with one undercover car bay in secure basement garage. The apartment is on the first floor and has a North facing balcony. The advertised rate is for up to two persons using the same bed. $25 surcharge per stay for sofa bed, bedding and linen. Additional guests over two are charged at $15 per person per night whether they are children or adults. This apartment is ideally located within the centre of Fremantle, within walking distance of all major attractions. Breakfast is not included. A starter pack of basic consumables is provided.

Cancellation Policy

Strict cancellation policy. Bookings made and cancelled within 24 hours of booking will be fully refunded. Otherwise cancellation of booking results in loss of any monies paid. Should your dates change we are happy to move your booking pending availability. Note that bookings that are moved to a higher season rate will incur a gap charge.
