Description

Fremantle Townhouse is a fully equipped, light, bright, comfortable, air conditioned residence with the convenience of free Wi-Fi and free parking in the carport outside your front door.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed, bedside and standard lamps, television with remote control, built-in wardrobes with ample shelves, storage and hanging space.

The Second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, single bed, bedside table and lamps plus ample built-in wardrobes.

A combined bathroom/laundry has a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes rack.

Downstairs, the front door leads into a sitting room with settee, writing desk, chairs, lamps, bookcase and comfortable single bed sized day-bed. This room can double as a sleeping area if needed.

Through double doors, the sitting room leads into a large, combined and fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge room with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, lounge, armchair, drinks cabinet and television with remote control.

A sliding door leads out from the kitchen to a covered patio with outdoor dining table. Beyond is a courtyard garden with casual seating area where you can relax and enjoy the abundance of bird life playing in surrounding palms and gum trees.

Breakfast is provided with a selection of cereals, milk, fruit juice, toast, tea and coffee.

Additional provisions ensure that no matter how late you arrive, there's always something to eat, be it fresh fruit, a pizza in the freezer or the ingredients to whip up a quick pasta. The pantry contains cooking staples so that you can enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with the basics at hand.

Between guests, provisions are replenished from some of the Managers favourite Fremantle outlets and include organic and bio-dynamic produce, mattresses and soft furnishings are steamed cleaned for the freshest nights sleep and non-toxic cleaning products are provided for guest use.

Fremantle is an enjoyable City in which to cycle. The townhouse has a lockable side gate for the storage of bicycles.

Directions

By car, from Perth, take the Kwinana Freeway south to South Street, turn right and head west until you reach Hampton Road, Fremantle, turn right into Hampton Road and take the first left into Norman Street.

At the end of the Norman Street cul-de-sac, drive into the middle driveway at number 8 and your accommodation, Townhouse 2B, is the middle of the three townhouses with your carport right outside the front door.

By train, from East Perth Terminal Station, take the city train to the city centre and then switch to the Fremantle train line.

On foot from the Fremantle train station head south on Market Street which turns into South Terrace. Continue to head south-east along South Terrace until you come to the Wray Avenue roundabout, turn left and walk up to the traffic lights of Hampton Road. Turn right into Hampton then take the first right into Norman Street.

By bus from the Fremantle train station or outside the Fremantle Markets take bus number 511, 513, 520, 530, 531 or 548 to the stop on Wray Avenue before Hampton road. Walk up and turn right on Hampton and take the first right into Norman Street. Alternatively, take bus number 549 or 999 to the stop on South Street before Lilly Street outside the 24 hour service station. Walk up to and turn left on Hampton Road and take the first left into Norman Street.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation 48 hours or less prior to 2pm arrival (or in the case of non-arrival) a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s accommodation applies. A full refund applies to a cancellation with 48 hours or more notice. Holiday Bookings cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of check in date. All cancellations must be in writing direct to the booking agent.
