The Fremantle Visitor Centre is the official visitor information centre for Fremantle. Staff and volunteer ambassadors are local experts and can provide free advice on what to do and where to stay in Fremantle and surrounds.
You’ll also find face-to-face help at key tourism locations. Look out for our volunteer workforce, Fremantle Ambassadors; they always travel in pairs and wear a blue shirt with the iconic information i on the back.
Visitor centre staff can assist with:
• accommodation and tour information
• free brochure and maps
• guides on events and what’s on
• free wifi and bike hire
• general tourism information and advice
• accessibility information
• specialist advice for corporate and conference enquiries

The Fremantle Visitor Centre is currently located in the Town Hall, Kings Square, Fremantle.
Opening hours
• Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
• Saturday 9.00 am - 4.00 pm
• Sunday and public holidays 10.00 am - 4.00 pm
• Closed Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day (and Boxing Day public holiday 28 December 2020)
