Description
Cosy Corner Cottage is spacious and light filled. It has 2 bedrooms; Master bedroom with a king size bed (zipped); Second bedroom has a king bed that can be separated into two king singles. The sun room has a day bed that could be made into a king single bed when required. Polished floorboards throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ / decking entertainment area protected by shade pagola during summer.
Ceiling fans, plantation shutters and external awnings keep the indoor temperature comfortable during summer and gas heating for winter. There is also an easy-to-follow recycle plan in place so guests can relax AND assist the planet while on holiday!
The cottage accommodates up to 4 to 5 adults, however, if you have a larger group you could also reserve Cosy Corner Studio at the rear of the property which would allow for two additional adults as it also has a king size bed. Only the cottage tariff appears on this page. Please contact the owner for a negotiated price for both properties.
Basic groceries such as cereal, milk, sugar, tea, coffee, biscuits, bathroom and kitchen essential items are provided by courtesy of management on arrival.
Information regarding gourmet stores, cafes, markets etc also provided.
The entire property is non smoking. Off street parking and free WIFI is available.

Directions
Blinco Street runs parallel to High Street. Departing Fremantle centre (High Street mall) walk or drive in an Easterly direction up High St until Swanbourne St traffic lights. Turn rt into Swanbourne (at the Monument Hill Reserve) then left into Blinco. The cottage is on the South Western cnr of Blinco and Chalmers. Look for the four olive trees in the front garden. NOTE: Cosy Corner studio accommodation is a separate dwelling at the rear of the cottage and can be integrated with the cottage if available. It has its own entrance and private, leafy courtyard Property parking available. Secure.
