The unit It is located on the top floor of a quiet small residential block of apartments with secure access to the building and to two exclusive undercover car spaces. Spend your days enjoying the multitude of local tourist attractions or get out and about and enjoy a bike ride or walk soaking in the natural beauty of the Swan River or local beaches or take a short journey to the CBD by train / car to discover all other attractions Perth has to offer. Relax in the spacious open plan living areas or on the sunny balcony. There are two large separate bedrooms, each with comfortable queen-sized beds. Both bedrooms have wall-to-wall walk in robes. Each of the two modern bathrooms has its own toilet, shower, and vanity with a bath in the second bathroom. One bathroom is an ensuite to the main bedroom. Eat out at one of the many trendy cafe's, restaurants or dine in after shopping for fresh produce from the markets in the local area. The large, well equipped kitchen with stone bench tops, has an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A small selection of tea, coffee and other basic non-perishable pantry items are supplied for guest’s convenience. A separate laundry with a washing machine / dryer and iron is located alongside the kitchen. A lockable store room in the basement car park is available for exclusive use. There are two adult sized bicycles for guest's use.
