Established in 1873, The Fremantle Chamber of Commerce is Australia’s oldest Chamber of Commerce.
It has a history of close ties with the Port of Fremantle and still issues documentation for local exporters.
The Chamber has a strong relationship with the City of Fremantle with which it has a five-year contract to operate Fremantle First that is responsible for marketing Fremantle.
It also has strong links to the State Government, particularly via the tourism, development and small business sectors.
Membership is growing strongly with a current membership approaching 500.
