Fremantle is an easy city to explore by bike. Dedicated bicycle lanes throughout the city and shared cycle paths running north, south and along the Swan River make it easy for cyclists to move around. Although Fremantle is built on a series of hills, the most interesting parts of the city and the popular things to do are easily accessible by bikes including the historic West End precinct, Fishing Boat Harbour, Maritime Museum, Fremantle Prison and Fremantle Market.
